We inform our Readers that, from 1st October 2013 to 31st October 2013 order slips (traditional and electronic) will be completed from Monday to Saturday in the following manner:
orders placed from 8:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. will be completed on an ongoing basis,
orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will be completed on the next day,
orders for materials to the reading room for Saturdays after 2:00 p.m. and Sundays must be placed no later than on Saturday up to 1:00 p.m.
orders for materials (books) that are present in Departments of the Library in the building on Fryderyk Joliot-Curie 12 St. will be completed 3 times per week, i.e. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please place orders a day earlier up to 2 p.m.
For this period of time, from current circulation are excluded library’s materials from the following blocks of call numbers:
- P 33 001 – P 34 000 II
- P 38 001 – P 39 000 IV
- P 39 001 – P 40 000 V
- P 263 001 – P 266 000 II
- P 268 001 – P 269 000 IV
We inform our Readers that, due to relocation of storage area, all orders from the following block of call numbers:

will be completed once a week (on Monday), please put your orders up to Saturday.
