As a part of educational project „Watch Docs. Prawa Człowieka w Filmie” („Watch Docs. Human Rights in Film”) Wroclaw University Library makes available 50 documentary movies about human rights to its users. From 2.07.2012 the collection was enriched by a further 10 films. Movies on DVD in Polish language versions that are deposit of Społeczny Instytut Filmowy (Social Movie’s Institute) in Warsaw can be seen or borrowed from the Current Periodicals Reading Room till the 31st December 2012. Terms and conditions of circulation and lending of movies
Movies’ collection about human rights that has been deposited to the University Library by Social Movie’s Institute in Warsaw consists of two sets and each includes 40 movies.
Movies will be circulated to users in the Current Periodicals Reading Room during working hours of Reading Room (from Monday till Friday from 8:00 a.m. till 7:00 p.m.).
Users can watch movies locally after showing valid identification document or library card.
Lending of movies is possible only for students or employees of UoW for the period of one month.
Conditions for lending:
filling traditional receipt (with red strip),
showing valid library card or active electronic student’s ID,
showing valid identification document, from which the data of User (address and PESEL number) will be taken,
moreover, the user is obligated to leave the contact phone number.
