We inform our users, that starting from the 1^st February 2011, three times failure to borrow online ordered books from the Local Lending Department during the period of three months will result in blocking of user’s library account. That block will not be removed until after the personal appearance of user with valid library card in the Local Lending Department. Three times block of library account will result in blocking of library account for the period of three months and will not be removed until after the personal appearance of user in the Local Lending Department.

ATTENTION!
Penalty for not returning books on given term also blocks account for Local Lending Department.
